Earth Day
Earth Day is April 22 this year. How did Earth Day start, why say it been such a big hit lately, and why should we be involved with Earth Day?

I like Earth Day. Its a good day for people to understand how important taking care of our Earth is. It has been a big hit lately because there have been acts to conserve energy and take care of the Earth because of global warming and the large amounts of energy that we have been using. We should be involved in Earth day to help our planet and make sure that it looks nice.
Actually, the idea for Earth Day evolved over a period of seven years starting in 1962. Earth day is big lately by its global warming and the world losing less materials and coming to a shortage. Now people start to recyle more and clean up our world. People should be involved with Earth Day because it will clean up our world and we all will live better and have fresher air.
Earth Day basically started in 1962. It took a few years too evolve. I think that it is important because this is the only Earth we have so we might as well take care of it. We also use it to help stop global warming, but that would take a lot of work.
Earth Day is made by hippies to help save a tree. Earth Day is a scam and shouldnt be celebrated. I say that on Earth we all litter and cut down trees and such just to teach hippies a lesson. The lesson being they cant run my life.
I think everyone should be involved in Earth day. It is a good holiday, because its important for people to understand how to take care of the Earth and how important it is.
Earth Day was found back in 1969. It has become a UN international holiday that focuses on the environment. It seems to be a bigger day these days because of the global warming hysteria.
It has been ahit beacuse there have been many measures taken to improve our environment. There is been a lot about how polution has been affecting us. We should be involved to just help out so we can have better life.
NEver really done anything for Earth day. well not forcefully anyway. People are trying to save the enviornment lately. I'm not really worrying becasue the Earth goes through these cylces where its cold then it heats up. It was colder during the 1800's and now we are in our warming stage.
Gaylord Nelson started Earth Day in 1970. It has been a hit lately because everybody is worried about it. Especially global warming. Some people are really freaked out about it and making a big deal about it. We should be involved because we need to take care of Earth. It will make our lives better.
