'Big climate impact' on UK coasts
Higher CO2 levels in the atmosphere are making oceans warmer and more acidic, affecting plankton, fish and birds. Explain why the higher carbon dioxide levels would be affecting the coast of UK so much.

If all of the carbon dioxied levels are up, it will affect the UK greatly. The UK (i think) does alot of fishing off of their coast and they sell it to make money. If there are fish dying, they will not be able to catch as many food and make as much money. This could affect their economy and other countries that get fish from them.
If alot of the oxygen is being used, animals could die. That could hurt their economy, which they would not be able to make much money. Another thing that happens is that other countries may not get all the imports that they need. Alot of the fish could die and the water could get hotter, which could also affect the way the animals live.
If the temp keeps going up then the ocean will get to warm and then it will make the temp goes up and then the fish in the ocean will die. Without any fish the UK will be without food and it will be very bad. So we need to be doing something about this.
if all of the carbon dioxide levels are up in the world their could be really bad things like we could have warmer oceans and stuff so we would have really strong hurricanes it is really bad.
IF all the CO2 levels are up which is a very bad thing it will most likely change the world as we know it the ocean levels will rise the weather will be catistrophic and the world as we know it will be entirely different all the coast line will also be flooded
if there is a higher CO2 level and the oceans are becoming acidic they may run out of food. they could run out of food if they fish, or if they hunt animals that eat fish then the animals eating the fish will either get sick or the animals will die because they wont have any other food to eat.
The carbon dioxide in that area might be a little higher because of the amount of waste, or polution they are putting out into the air. The temperature of the heat may be affecting how the fish and birds live because they probably can't do as well when the wether is hotter.
Well, the CO2 levels will affect the UK a lot because some of the big cities are on the coast, and they fish a lot off of their coast and, the fishermen might have a lot of trouble if the fish are dead already. And, it could spread through the entire country, eventually even the continent, maybe. People could die from CO2 poisoning.
Since UK is a island nation, they rely on the ocean for their main economic resource. SInce they are so small they really don't have much land resources. UK is a huge trading partner with many nations, if their exports decrease, so does others inports. So this may affect worldwide trade.
The UK relies on the ocean for economic needs. Due to the acidic and warmer water it is affecting and even killing off the fish. This makes the UK's economy go down due to their reliance on it. They are not getting all the resources they need to keep a efficient economy going.
Like Pete said, all you little kids are wrong. The reason that it is affected so much is because the north atlantic current flows right by the UK. It brings warm water from the equator to the north and takes the cold down to the equator to be reheated. All the polution in the western hemisphere goes into the water and causes acid levels to rise. This water then flows right by Britian.
The UK relies heavily on the coast to bring in most of their countries revenue. Therefore, if their water is being contaminated, their economy will get smashed over time. So, we need to stop the CO2 levels somehow and help the UK...
People you have to listen to me. Animals and Fish are going to die. We are using to much air. This is not good for the future. The food supply is going down so, in the end we are all going to die because of it.
With all of the high levels of Carbon dioxide, there are going to be alot of marine life that die, its a fact, thats just the way it is. England probably does alot of fishing so they wouldnt be able to fish alot anymore, so that would be a big downer.
This happens everywhere even in the UK too. We are cutting so many trees down and there is so much carbon dioxide that trees need to make oxygen and there isn't many trees to keep up with our carbon dioxide we make. UK stop cutting down your trees. This will save you.

The Carbon doixied levels go up the animals will die from lack of oxyegen. Also the heat will kill fish that only live in cool water.
