No i don't think Bush should help out Wall Street. I think he should just stay out of that mess. He should try to stay out of as many messes as he can, till he Obama or McCain take over presedency. He should try to leave with a good note.
I think it will help out Wall street, but it will probably also help fill the pockets of the people on Wall street. It's gonna suck if you're a tax payer. I think we should have fixed these problems long ago.
I think it will help in the end. It is really going to put our country into more debt. It is a good way to help bring our country up now, but we may need some help in the future.
I think the companies should fail and instead we use the money instead to help out the ordinary people that will lose money on their investments. If we continue to bail these companies out, they will continue to act fiscally irresponsible.

No we should let them fail. We could use the 700 billion dollars for something else. they could give it to me.
