A Healthy Lifestyle
Getting fit and staying healthy is very important and we are seeing more and more Americans are having a problem maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Let me know what you do to keep your self healthy.
What I am doing to stay in shape and be healthy is that im in track and football so I get alot of exercise there. That I am also trying to avoid drinking pop and eating candy all the time.
I don't really have to try that much as a young person. Right now I don't exercise a whole lot, but I am still pretty fit. I try to lift weights once in a while and I get a lot of exercise from doing manual labor, but thats about it.
I don't drink pop, and i try to stay away from sugar. In addition, i also drink a lot of water and eat breakfast every day. I am on a church league bball team, track, and a junior olympic volleyball team. That is how i stay healthy, along with keeping a regular sleep and eating schedule. THE END
In order to stay healthy and fit, I try to eat healthy and exercise. I was involved in sports that helped me be in shape and I will continue to work out now that I am done.
I try to eat healthy and drink water often. Exercising by being in sports is alot helpful and keep my body in shape. I try to stay away from pop and bad foods.
I take a vitemen pill in the morning just becase i don't eat that many vegitables. i walk the dogs and i drink milk every day and i always have breakfast
I have been eating a lot better than I used to and that gives me mor eenergy to do stuff. I try to go running sometimes, but usually not often. I go on walks a lot too.
I go out for sports. I try and eat healthy but it doesnt work out much. I lift weights in the summer sometimes. Basically i dont do much to stay in shape, yet i am ripped out of my mind.
I try to eat healthier. I also play volleyball and when I am not in volleyball I am up in the weight room. I also go running and kept active in the summer.
I believe people need to eat heathly and go to Subway like Jarod did. He has lost a lot of pounds and he is celebrating his 10 years of his new body. We also need to go out for sports and that also means track. People who don't have that opion they should go to the YMCA and work out. Just driving 8 glasses of water helps out a lot too.
i try not to eat as much as i did, and i play basketball and stuff outside now that it is nice out and go for bike rides and stuff with friends or my dogs
